details:Based on your research, you should now be able to develop a “distribution model” for your chosen topic and country. In doing so, you should:
Take into consideration the product attributes;
Take into consideration the core competency and competitive advantage of your company;
The mode of entry that you believe is best;
State the factors affecting length, width and number of channels;
List possible ways in which to improve the management and implementation of the model.
For this part, you should use Chapter 15 from your textbook (see slides below). Again, this is a challenging assignment as it requires a lot of judgment and research. The use of figures and tables is strongly encouraged. Keep in mind that you should be able to partially use this report for your final project.
The report should be approximately 6-8 pages double-spaced, excluding title page, table of content, executive summary and the appendix. The report should be typed with a one-inch margin, double-spaced, using a 12-point font.
