The course is mainly about client communicating and consulting. This course provides students with the skills needed to effectively communicate with clients, including those of large and small corporations, working with global partners, coaching, and widespread teams. Drawing on real-world case studies, students will learn how to do comprehensive needs analysis for any potential client, the art of persuasion, as well as how to satisfy a client despite budget and methodology restrictions.
Paper: Write a 1500-2500-word reflection paper that blends feelings, knowledge, and experiences related to the course; making connections and sharing insights. Be transparent in sharing both confidence and vulnerabilities related to the concepts of the course and aspects of future application.
