The last half of the 20th century saw development of the legal concepts that we know as Title VII, ADEA, ADA, Equal Pay Act, Civil Rights Act of 1991, EEO, Affirmative Action, and sexual harassment. The last half of the century also saw court decisions that recognized the rights of those who were adversely affected by the implementation of the anti-discrimination statutes using the legal concept of “reverse discrimination”.
